Reflective Midnight is a family of wall pieces handmade during our stay at the EKWC (European Ceramic Work Center in the Netherlands). The collection is made in stoneware in 3 firings with a mirror platinum finish.
This set pays tribute to the materiality of Christofle Talisman’s service. We extracted the essence of its shape, color, and reflections into four unique installations. The luster gives a mirror effect while the deep blue glaze absorbs the light.
Two series of 4 unique pieces, numbered and signed:
The Fork,
The Knife,
The Tea Spoon,
The Table Spoon.
Before being auctioned, these pieces were exhibited at the Salone del Mobile in Milan, in the Palazzo dei Giureconsulti for Catawiki.
Materials: Stoneware body, deep blue glaze, and platinum luster.
